At NFC Bio, we strive to ensure our customers have a seamless and satisfactory experience. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not yet been processed for printing or shipment.
  • To request a cancellation, please email us at support@nfcbio.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Digital Services (like BioPage setup): Once the service is activated or the digital content is delivered, no refund will be issued.
  • NFC Cards and Products:
    • Refunds are only applicable if:
      • The product is damaged during shipping
      • There is a printing error on our part (wrong name, profile photo, or QR not working)
    • Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product, along with photographic proof.
    • Approved refund requests will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • If your product is eligible for replacement due to damage or manufacturing defects, we will ship a new card at no additional cost.
  • Replacement requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • Incorrect details provided by the customer during order submission (e.g., name, phone number, links, or photo).
  • Delay in delivery due to courier service issues, weather, or other unforeseen events.
  • Customer change of mind after order processing.
